REFLECTION 7 - ONE NOTE

MICROSOFT ONE NOTE  PRESENTED BY CHEW KEAT GEORK !!!!

Designed to function as an electronic version of a paper notebook, Microsoft OneNote is a note-taking and personal information management application for collecting, organizing and sharing digital information.  By storing text notes, photos, audio and video snippets, handwriting and similar content, Microsoft OneNote collects and organizes the information, making it available for searching as well as sharing with others.

If we go to a meeting or lecture and don’t feel like taking notes, don’t worry-OneNote can cover for us. Once the lecture starts, record the audio (click theInsert tab, then click the Record Audio button). When something exciting happens, take a very small note. When the lecture ends, stop the recording. If we want to go back to the exciting moment, just click the play button next to our note, and it will play the audio from the point in the lecture when we took the note. Awesome is an appropriate word to describe this, I think!

Here's the advantages of OneNote :

  • Gather and store many types of information, including text, pictures, audio, and video
  • Easily move and reorganize all or part of our notebooks
  • Record audio and video
  • Share a single notebook with several contributors on a network or over the Internet
  • Print all or part of a notebook and create Word or PDF documents from the notebook contents
  • Finally, can reduce paper clutter and waste... hihi

Although Microsoft OneNote already installed since i bought the notebook, but i don't know

the existence of the OneNote until CHEW introduce in our class of its uses. I'm glad i've

learned it because it can help me in my teaching such as edit words from the pictures, record

audio and video and store many types of my documents.
